Team Leader

Description

SteppingStones are delighted to have been engaged to work on a Team Lead position in the Corporate Services department of a leading organisation on the island. 

This individual will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of clients
Drafting and preparing documents
Maintaining corporate registers
Company Incorporations, the registration of partnerships and regulatory filings
Processing minutes and resolutions
Minute book maintenance

Applicants will need to have a Bachelors degree and ideally the ICSA qualification in addition to a minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience. 

A strong working knowledge of Cayman Islands regulations is essential.
