Technical Services Manager

Description

Our client a local insurance provider here in the Cayman Islands is actively seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their team. This is a diverse role which will expose you to a variety of responsibilities.
  
Duties;

  • Manage operations and productivity while reporting to the MD
  • Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies
  • Assist in claims management
  • Identify and analyze risks associated with policies
  • Achieve target budgets and minimize risk of financial loss
  • Review insurance policies
  • Manage insurance data for reports
  • Determine premium rates

Requirements;

  • Qualified Insurance practitioner (ACII, CPCU ect.)
  • 12+ years experience in the insurance industry
  • Working knowledge of report writing, exclusions, coverage & reinsurance treaties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel & Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must display excellent leadership qualities and organizational skills
