Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced setting to support our marketing and events operations. The ideal candidate will assist with social media management, respond to client inquiries, make outbound calls to corporate clients to offer ticket packages, and provide direct support to guests in need. Additionally, this role will involve administrative duties, collaboration with the marketing team, and ensuring effective communication between internal staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events
- Manage and refresh content on social media platforms
- Make outbound calls to corporate clients to promote and sell event ticket packages
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with their inquiries
- Support administrative tasks for daily operations
- Handle general office duties such as managing emails, scheduling, and documentation
Job Details:
- ⏳ Duration: Six weeks (with the potential for full-time employment)
- ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
