Temporary IT - Service Desk Analyst

Description

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary IT Service Desk Analyst to join a Global organization, supporting their Cayman based staff.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Providing end user support
  • Monitoring of incoming service desk requests
  • Logging and responding to all requests in a timely manner
  • First point of contact for all IT support related calls
  • 1st and 2nd level response accountability
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation relating to systems and network configuration
  • Maintenance of hardware software and other devices 

You must have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office of products 
  • Strong network administration and application support skills
