Temporary IT - Service Desk Analyst
Description
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary IT Service Desk Analyst to join a Global organization, supporting their Cayman based staff.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- Providing end user support
- Monitoring of incoming service desk requests
- Logging and responding to all requests in a timely manner
- First point of contact for all IT support related calls
- 1st and 2nd level response accountability
- Creation and maintenance of documentation relating to systems and network configuration
- Maintenance of hardware software and other devices
You must have:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office of products
- Strong network administration and application support skills
