Temporary Receptionist

Description

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, to recruit a temporary Receptionist to join their team. 

We are looking for someone who is immediately available to start a new role, and has previous experience in running a reception desk.

This role is fast paced, and requires someone with a strong ability to multi task.

You must have previous experience in:

  • Administration
  • Filing 
  • Taking calls and messages
  • Diary management 
  • Working with external stakeholders
  • Booking meeting rooms 

You must be immediately available, and able to commit to the three month assignment.
