Secretary - Temporary

Description

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Temporary Secretary to join a newly created organization. 

We are looking for someone with experience within a corporate setting, who is able to assist with the set up of the administrative function.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge, who wants to be part of an organization going through growth and who is a proactive and driven individual. 

You must have at least 3 years experience in:

  • Administrative duties such as drafting of documents, letters and client correspondents.
  • Diary Management
  • Answering and directing of calls 
  • Greeting visitors and clients attending site visits
  • Working with international internal stakeholders

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and self start attitude
  • Ability to multi task 
  • Flexible in picking up adhoc/additional duties
