Trainee Legal Secretary
Description
On behalf of our client a leading offshore professional services firm, we are actively seeking an academic individual for a Junior Legal Secretary position. Located in their Cayman office, this position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst supporting your growth and development.
Duties;
- Copy typing and transcription from audio and other documents or electronic files
- Answering calls and emails
- Making diary arrangements, organizing conference calls organizing caterers
- Creating/amending calendar/diary appointments
- Organizing business trips, client meetings and small events
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements;
- Degree in a Legal related field
- Excellent typing speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
