Trainee Legal Secretary

Description

On behalf of our client a leading offshore professional services firm, we are actively seeking an academic individual for a Junior Legal Secretary position. Located in their Cayman office, this position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst supporting your growth and development.
 
Duties;

  • Copy typing and transcription from audio and other documents or electronic files
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Making diary arrangements, organizing conference calls organizing caterers
  • Creating/amending calendar/diary appointments
  • Organizing business trips, client meetings and small events
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements;

  • Degree in a Legal related field
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
