Transaction Coordinator

Description

Our client, one of the leading real estate companies, is seeking a driven and experienced Transaction Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed listings and purchase agreements to closing
  • Collection of Due Diligence, sending banking details for wires to clients, and notify the Accounts team of incoming funds
  • Maintain all files and for Listings and Buyers 
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients
  • Schedule and coordinate closing process for agents
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance and AML requirements 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Must be highly detailed, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
  • Must have previous experience in Real Estate
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication abilities
