Trust Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join our client, a leading wealth manager, based in the Cayman Islands.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a proven ability to manage a variety of tasks while meeting deadlines.

The Trust Administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering trust services, including trust account maintenance and record keeping. This role will also involve interacting with clients and other stakeholders, such as beneficiaries and financial advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage trust accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Prepare and file trust documents and other related paperwork
  • Monitor and review trust activity and investments
  • Handle trust distributions and other trust-related transactions
  • Provide customer service to clients and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records
  • Resolve complex trust issues
  • Work with other departments, such as tax and accounting, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in trust administration or similar role
  • Strong understanding of trust laws, regulations and requirements in the Cayman Islands 
  • Excellent communication
  • Only those based in the Cayman Islands can be considered for this role
