Trust Officer

Description

This position will involve:

  • Managing a portfolio of Trusts and dealing with all day to day queries 
  • Reviewing documents pertaining to complex Trusts
  • Update clients on all relevant regulatory changes 
  • Process correspondence and administrative matters from intermediaries, beneficiaries, clients, regulatory bodies and external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio of trusts and companies
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals as required. 

Reqruiemtns 

  • STEP Diploma in International Trust Management (or be working towards it)
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working understanding of accounting to be able to review and interpret financial statements
  • A working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
