Trust Officer

Description

This position will involve:

Managing a portfolio of Trusts and dealing with all day to day queries 
Reviewing documents pertaining to complex Trusts
Update clients on all relevant regulatory changes 
Process correspondence and administrative matters from intermediaries, beneficiaries, clients, regulatory bodies and external service providers relating to the assigned portfolio of trusts and companies
Communicate with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals as required. 

Applicants must possess:

STEP Diploma in International Trust Management (or be working towards it)
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A working understanding of accounting to be able to review and interpret financial statements
A working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
