A Class B Bank in the Cayman Islands is looking for an experienced Operations professional to lead their digital initiatives in Cayman.

The firm is launching a new, and innovative banking solution and is looking for a tech savvy, experienced banking professional to lead the operational side of this. The successful candidate with full remit to hire a team beneath them and have the required autonomy and support from the board as well.

The firm has enjoyed sustained growth in recent times and this is such a unique role in the market on island. 

Ideal profile:

• Previous experience with a Class A or Class B Banking organization in the Cayman Islands
• Extensive operations experience at Director level or above
• Tech savvy with a working understanding of the new innovative solutions in the banking space
