Warehouse Manager

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Warehouse Manager to join their team.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operating a safe and cost-efficient department while meeting a high level of customer service in the overall planning, organizing, managing, inventory management and long-term strategic direction of warehousing and delivery in a team-based culture.

The role includes leading the warehouse team with enthusiasm and ensuring the training, motivation, and development of staff. The role will include overseeing the delivery and fleet and requires a candidate that has experience with MHE and delivery management.

We are looking for a candidate that has a proven track record of developing and managing long-term strategic direction of warehousing. The candidate must have experience in Warehouse Management Systems and any experience using Infor M3 systems would be preferable. The Warehouse Manager must have experience in all aspects of warehouse management in a cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in inventory control, distribution and warehouse management systems
• An enthusiastic leader and team player
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
