Throughout her career, Neda has worked in Talent Acquisition teams at companies such as RBS, Aviva, PwC, and Avanade, gaining valuable insights within consulting, technology, banking, and analytics. Her diverse experience across these industries has equipped her with a strategic mindset, enabling her to transform traditional recruitment methods into dynamic, efficient, and engaging onboarding experiences.

Outside of her professional life, Neda is an Island adventurer at heart. She loves snorkeling with turtles, exploring beach spots, and sharing mini-Island escapades with her two inquisitive children and husband. A newly discovered passion for pickleball keeps her active, and she is always ready for a friendly match. Beyond her adventurous spirit, Neda has a mild obsession with perfumes and enjoys curating a collection of captivating scents. In the little time left over, she indulges in abstract art.
