Richmond is an experienced recruiter with over 10 years of experience within financial services and 8 of those within recruitment both within agency and in-house within talent acquisition. He holds a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Kent and started his career working in Risk Management for Barclays Bank in London and worked for another commercial lender as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst before moving into recruitment.
During his time in the UK, Richmond covered recruitment across all levels for global investment banks and private equity funds based in Europe and the US as a senior headhunter and worked in-house as a talent acquisition specialist for Goldman Sachs before moving to the Cayman Islands.
Richmond prides himself on building strong working relationships with both his clients and candidates to deliver the best result for all parties involved and is passionate about doing so with excellence, enthusiasm and integrity.
Outside of work, he loves to travel, swim, finding new places to eat and is a MASSIVE Arsenal FC supporter. You may spot him outdoors on the weekend in his favorite Arsenal top either laughing or reluctantly sulking (just a little bit) depending on the result!
