The tables were turned on SteppingStones’ Trainer Emma Woodhouse on Friday 9th December 2011 when she attended a workshop as one of the delegates rather than as the trainer.
As part of her continuing professional development she attended a full day Myers-Briggs course in Oxford, England. Together with four other practitioners she spent the day revising not only her knowledge of the world renowned MBTI tool but practicing giving feedback and using the results in practical exercises both for individuals and for teams.
“I found it useful to be able to practice my own skills and really benefited from the detailed feedback from both the other participants’ and the trainer. Throughout the day we all shared ideas, thoughts and experiences which was a very valuable learning experience.” said Emma. “I can’t wait to put my new skills into practice.” In addition to this workshop Emma is also studying for an advanced certificate in suing MBTI with teams.
