Steppingstones is proud to be a major sponsor of this year’s Cayman Arts Festival, running from Friday 5th – Friday 13th February 2010.
The Cayman Arts Festival has grown considerably since it first began 2004. It was the idea of renowned concert pianists Glen Inanga and Jennifer Micallef. Mr Inanga, quoted in the Cayman Compass, said “it began as a dream that would sees local and international artists joining together to celebrate artistic creativity and share it with the people of these beautiful islands.”
This year’s week-long event will bring together established performers and enthusiastic young musicians and offers unique multi-pianist events in various venues in Cayman. In addition the festival travels to Cayman Brac for an evening performance.
Last year Steppingstones sponsored a concert by Mr Glen Inanga as part of a series of Music on the Menu events. “We were thrilled with the response to this concert and when Glen approached us about being involved in this year’s festival, we were quick to get on board.” noted Milly Serpell. “ The programme offers something for everyone. We have had an overwhelming response from our clients and we are looking forward to some great evenings and great performances.”
