From April 24th to April 26th, Island Heritage hosted a very successful Charity Drive, in an effort to raise money for three local charities: The Blue Iguana Recovery, Meals on Wheels and the Cayman Islands Humane Society.
Each day, every time a driver passed through the Island Heritage Roundabout on the bypass, Island Heritage donated CI$1 to the charities. Island Heritage also donated CI$1 every time their Facebook page was “liked” and each time they were mentioned on Twitter.
On 26th April, three of SteppingStones’ staff took to the streets to direct traffic towards the Island Heritage roundabout in an effort to drive more support and donations for the Cayman Islands Humane Society.
The Charity Drive turned out to be very successful, raising CI$30,000 in total, with CI$10,000 going to each individual charity. We would like to thank everyone who participated, and are delighted to see these three wonderful local charities receive such tremendous support.
