SteppingStones Welcomes New Staff Member, Theresa Hydes, to their expanding team

SteppingStones Recruitment Ltd extends a warm welcome to the latest addition to their team, Caymanian Theresa Hydes. Theresa joins the team as Administrative Assistant with responsibility for supporting the Recruitment, Immigration and Payroll areas of business.

“Theresa has proven herself to be an excellent addition to our growing team.” said Milly Serpell, Managing Director of SteppingStones . “Theresa came to us looking for help to secure a new position. We were immediately drawn to her warm, friendly manner and enthusiastic approach. We invited her to start work with us on a temporary basis to assist us with some administrative projects.   Very soon we realised that she had the customer service skills and ‘can do’ attitude that we embrace and we were delighted when she accepted a permanent position with us.”
Prior to taking on her new role, Theresa spent five years at St Matthew University working for both the Veterinarian and the Medical School as a Secretary for the Dean of Basic Science. Unfortunately due to the recession and necessary cutbacks, Theresa’s position was cut in February of this year. She took a pro-active approach, contacted SteppingStones and within two weeks has secured employment.
“I am really so happy to be working at SteppingStones. I met with all the team before I started and I knew that I wanted to join them. The atmosphere in the office was great from the moment I met them. We all get along really well and the people I work with are amazing!” said Theresa.   “I have been learning a lot about recruitment and Immigration and I love the fact that every day at work is different. I enjoy being involved in all the different areas of work meeting all the temporary staff and our clients. I get involved with everything which is something I really like. I can honestly say that I love my job.”
