SteppingStones, for the second year running, has offered a placement opportunity to a young Caymanian student. Emma, a young Caymanian student has just finished her first year at Newcastle University where she is studying Biology and Psychology. She has just completed a summer placement with SteppingStones Recruitment where her primary focus was to support the recruitment team.
“I really enjoyed learning about all the different aspects of recruitment and selection and feel that I have gained a lot of insight into the industry”, Emma stated.
Lindsey Gordon, Recruitment Manager with SteppingStones said they were delighted to have Emma join SteppingStones for the summer. “In addition to general administration support work, Emma has helped us with a range of projects. She is an enthusiastic and hardworking student and has proven herself to be a quick learner. We are going to miss having her in the team”, said Lindsey.
