Pam Abbott

Pam has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands for more than ten years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of the Cayman Islands Immigration Law and Labour Law. Pam is recognized as an Associate CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Pam started her career in recruitment while she was living in Zimbabwe, her home country, followed by London in the UK where she developed a passion for the wider aspects of Human Resources. She moved to the Cayman Islands in 2004 and gained valuable experience working for a large organization prior to commencing employment with SteppingStones. Pam is the Outsourced Services & Administration Manager leading the Immigration team. She started with SteppingStones in 2008 as Staffing Coordinator of Immigrations & Benefits. During her tenure she has worked with clients and staff to provide excellent Immigration services and payroll and benefit administration, as well as looking after the well-being of the temporary support staff. Pam loves the outdoors lifestyle that Cayman has to offer and thrives on being active. She enjoys participating in many of the Island’s sporting events including running, cycling and swimming. You’ll often see her out training in the early hours of the mornings.
