Rosie Scott

Rosie relocated from London to Cayman in October 2011 and immediately joined the SteppingStones team. She obtained her BA degree from St. Mary’s University College in English with Professional & Creative Writing and has her International Leadership & Management Qualification (ILM). Rosie has worked her way up through SteppingStones and has predominantly taken responsibility for permanent recruitment. Rosie’s passion for people is her driving force and her awareness and knowledge of the local and international market, in addition to her commitment to clients and candidates alike mean that she is always ready for the next challenge. Rosie has a number of family members here in Cayman and enjoys everything that the island has to offer. When she is not working, she can be found playing Touch Rugby or Gaelic Football, or likely spending time with her friends and family on 1 of the many stunning beaches the island has to offer. Rosie’s favourite SteppingStones moment to date was being part of the team that won the Investors in People Gold Award, and she is exceptionally excited for what the future holds.
