Resolutions are always hard to keep, but it is possible to achieve your goals. Keep in mind that the longer your list is, the more difficult it will be for you to keep up with lifestyle changes etc that you need to make on a daily basis to meet those goals. The key is to narrow your list down to a few key targets and then to stick with them.  In the end it will all work out so just keep at your goal.
