Niamh is a Senior Recruiter with experience in both the UK and New Zealand. Originally from Manchester, UK she spent 8 years living and working in Auckland primarily within the Financial Services industry. Most recently Niamh led the early career strategy and student programs for one of NZs largest banks, before moving to Grand Cayman and joining the SteppingStones team in June 2023. A champion of candidate experience, she’s really passionate about bringing an authentic and warm approach to her role, and is excited to meet and assist new candidates and clients. When she’s not working you can usually find her with her head in a book, exploring new bars and eateries or sipping on a glass of Chardonnay.

I would like to start off by saying that it has being an absolute pleasure working with SteppingStones and how lucky I was to have Ms. Luisa on my side through the entire process.
