With over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management, Tracy-Ann is passionate about creating positive workplace environments where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. In her role as People, Culture and Operations Manager, she leads efforts across HR, employee engagement, operations, and organizational development, ensuring the company runs smoothly while putting people first.
Her extensive expertise includes employee compensation, benefits administration, labor relations, immigration processes, and HR compliance. Tracy-Ann believes that a company’s greatest strength is its people, and she is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and well-being.
Tracy-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool and the SHRM People Management Qualification. Outside of work, she enjoys giving back to the community through charity work, spending quality time with her son doing puzzles, and capturing life’s moments through photography.
