Tracy-Ann, a native of Barbados, relocated to the Cayman Islands with her husband in 2008, bringing with her over 13 years of experience managing staffing, employee compensation, benefits, labor relations and general HR Administration. She loves working and interacting with people, recognizing that an organization’s greatest assets are its people. Tracy-Ann holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Liverpool, and the SHRM People Management Qualification. In her spare time, Tracy-Ann loves charity work, puzzling, and photography.
