What we can do for you
You may work in the Cayman Islands when an employer has applied and received approval for a work permit from Cayman Islands Immigration. When we recruit you into our temporary support staff team, we will obtain a six-month work permit for you as a SteppingStones’ employee. You will then be placed in a position, suited to your skill set, with one of our many Clients such as a Law Firm, Finance Company, Trust or Accounting Firm. We keep in touch with you during your placement(s), and once you have gained some on-island experience, we will get together to discuss your longer term goals and options for permanent positions.
We maintain an extensive database of Caymanian applicants who are currently looking for employment or are interested in taking the next step in their careers.
We have an open door policy and are happy to answer any and all questions you may have. We recognise that moving away, often a great distance from family and friends, can be quite daunting, but we at SteppingStones pride ourselves in our ability to help make the transition to island life a smooth and happy one. In addition to meeting you at the airport, helping you find accommodation and generally looking after you in your first few days, we organise regular social events for all our staff team. This gives you the opportunity to meet new people and find out about what’s happening on the island, good places to eat, clubs and associations you can join, etc. It’s always a good laugh, and you’ll already have something in common with the people you meet – you’ll be part of our team!
