Administrative Assistant

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Organized, timely, and professional
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
  • Knowledge in marine parts and equipment beneficial
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record and police clearance required

What you’ll do

  • Assist with daily data input to QuickBooks or similar software
  • Accounts Receivable management
  • Retail sales support
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering phones, filing, and general administrative duties
