Administrative Assistant - Contract
On behalf of our client, SteppingStones is actively recruiting an immediately available Administrative Assistant for a contract role.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail and organization. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient with experience using the Microsoft Office suite and in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and photocopying, and general file management is required. Any general accounts experience such as bookkeeping would be considered an asset.
- A high school diploma – an Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree desirable
- 2+ years of work experience
