Associate Developer - Data Analytics

Description

We’re looking for someone proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions with Power BI and Power Automate. If you excel in data analytics, visualization, and process automation, and can transform complex data into actionable insights, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Analyze business requirements for effective data models and visualizations.
• Use data analytics techniques to identify trends and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with business objectives.
• Implement data transformations and advanced features for enhanced visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design automated processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Optimize Power BI reports for responsiveness and user-friendly experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand information needs and deliver solutions.
• Document data models, report designs, and data transformation processes for knowledge transfer.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective use of Power BI dashboards.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a focus on data analytics.
• Established experience as a Power Automate Developer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
