Business Analyst - Contract

Description

Join our client, a collaborative & results-oriented HR team, for an ongoing contract role as a Business Analyst. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to streamline HR processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in process optimization and recommending solutions.
  • Qualifications in Business Analysis or related field.
  • Immediately available
