Business Analyst - Contract
Description
Join our client, a collaborative & results-oriented HR team, for an ongoing contract role as a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR team to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough analysis to streamline HR processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an HR setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in process optimization and recommending solutions.
- Qualifications in Business Analysis or related field.
