Business Analyst / Project Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailing analysis of the current business processes for the business whilst identifying key problem areas with a focus on solutions.
  • Analyzing trends to make tactical and strategic recommendations as well as translating business objectives and user needs into requirements.
  • Develop long term strategic goals for the application and integration of technology into business and management processes
  • Provide support in building workflow charts, design modifications and diagrams for system capabilities.
  • Work closely with Management during the budgeting process by providing relevant data that will assist with the allocation of resources.
  • Monitor project progress and articulate complex ideas, issues and designs to various teams whilst educating the wider team on business visions and plans.

Key Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent certification (PMP)
  • Business Analyst certification (IIBA or CBAP
  • Detailed understanding of Information Systems concepts and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development, Support Analysis Tools and Methodology.
  • Excellent communicator with wider teams and board members.
