Business Product Manager

SteppingStones are currently partnering with a key client to assist with the search for a new Business Product Manager to join their rapidly growing team in the Cayman Islands.

The new Business Product Manager will determine and oversee the delivery of the strategy and roadmap for several products. You will be responsible for coordinating with IT, Business and Financial stakeholders to set priorities and provide oversight to product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface needs.
• Lead product strategy, planning and life cycle management efforts
• Monitor business, market and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and processes whilst picking up on key improvement areas.
• Establish product roadmaps and release plans that achieve business outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and proactively champion product improvements.

Essential Requirements:

• Extensive Product Management experience ideally gained within Financial Services.
• Strong relationship management skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.
• Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen with the ability to understand business partner and client needs.
• Experience with Aderant, Oracle, SAP – desirable.
