Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and implement a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Ensure adherence to offshore banking laws, regulations, and standards.
• Lead the Risk Management Committee, offering strategic risk insights to the Board of Directors.
• Optimize operational processes to bolster efficiency, efficacy, and client contentment.
• Cultivate innovation in service delivery and operational methodologies.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team across diverse operational domains.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the bank’s strategic blueprint.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to propel organizational expansion and financial solidity.
• Act as the bank’s representative in regulatory affairs, negotiations, and strategic alliances.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector, with preferable exposure to offshore banking.
• Profound comprehension of financial regulations, risk management practices, and operational brilliance.
• Exceptional leadership attributes, capable of inspiring and managing teams effectively.
• Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and problem-solving finesse.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications in risk management or operations are advantageous.
• Previous experience as a CRO, COO, or in similar executive roles within banking or financial institutions.
