Client Relationship Officer - Contract

SteppingStones is working alongside our client to assist them in sourcing a Client Relationship Officer to join their team for a temporary assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a busy portfolio of companies and partnerships. The role will include processing correspondence and administrative matters from clients, preparing and filing documents with government agencies and regulatory bodies, maintaining the client database, and assisting with client due diligence and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous corporate experience and has a strong knowledge and understanding of corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have experience liaising with clients via telephone, email, and in person meetings. Technological proficiency and experience using ViewPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in company administration
  • Proven experience in successfully administering Cayman Islands companies and partnership
  • Immediately available
