They are looking for an experienced Corporate Governance professional to manage a portfolio of companies and provide comprehensive assistance on all governance matters.

Key requirements:

• Legal or CoSec qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience preparing board agendas and minutes is essential
• Experience incorporating companies and managing changes to company structures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across multiple jurisdictions
• A strong work-ethic and self-motivation

Salaries start from US$80k (tax-free) and the package will be dependent on skills and experience.
