Description

SteppingStones are exceptionally excited to be engaged on the recruitment of an Associate Director for an expanding Fund Governance firm.
  
In order to apply for this role, you will need to be a CIMA registered Director, hold a professional accounting and/or legal qualification, and have a minimum of 5 years experience sitting on Boards. An exceptional proven working knowledge of fund formation, corporate governance and regulatory matters is essential for this role.
