Executive Assistant

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our client’s executive offices, ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, including preparing and distributing management reports, managing correspondence, and organizing special projects and events.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including assembling statistical data and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and promoting goodwill.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, screen emails, and provide admin support to the Executive Team as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or certification in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy financial institution.
  • Familiarity with anti-money laundering legislation, and general office procedures.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient typing and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
