Facilities Support Officer - Contract
Description
We are actively looking for a Facilities Support Officer to join our clients team and provide administrative and operational support to their team.
In this role will involve;
- Managing facility requests
- Manage request database system
- Manage and maintain contracts with other departments and clients/customers
- Provide operational support to management
- Manage purchase order requests and invoices
- Maintain facility calendar
- Support facility maintenance
- Support accounts payables
Experience required;
- 2-3 years experience in a similar support role
- 3 years administrative/support experience
- Strong organizational experience and the ability to multitask
- Team player
- Must hold a valid drivers license
- Ability to start a new role immediately
