HR Business Partner
Description
On behalf of our client, a large Cayman based Financial Services firm, we are actively searching for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner is responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews to L&D, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Leaders and Line Managers to drive the company towards business goals;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Assist with specific HR based projects;
- Improve and streamline processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field;
- 8-10 years previous experience in HR;
- SHRM Certified;
- CISHRP Certificate in HR Management
