HR Business Partner

Description

On behalf of our client, a large Cayman based Financial Services firm, we are actively searching for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner is responsible for all HR matters across the company from recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews to L&D, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Leaders and Line Managers to drive the company towards business goals;
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • Assist with specific HR based projects;
  • Improve and streamline processes 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field;
  • 8-10 years previous experience in HR;
  • SHRM Certified; 
  • CISHRP Certificate in HR Management
