HR Officer - Contract

Description

Join a leading team as a HR Officer and provide comprehensive HR services to over 200 staff across multiple locations. You will gain exposure to all areas of HR including recruitment, employee benefits, operational HR support, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 

What you’ll do

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including application management and interviews
  • Manage employee benefits and remuneration packages
  • Provide operational HR support, including handling employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

What you’ll bring

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
