Manager - Corporate Governance Services

Our client is a leading offshore law-firm professional services business. They advise global financial institutions, corporations, public organizations, private equity houses, and ultra-high net worth individuals.
In this Corporate Admin Team Manager role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations of a Cayman Governance Services Corporate Admin team. You’ll be a role model, guiding corporate administration in line with the firm’s vision, values, and strategy. Your responsibilities include managing the registered office business, enhancing processes, ensuring compliance, and nurturing client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily activities, delegation, resource, and staff management.
- Develop the Registered Office (RO) business and implement new processes.
- Monitor controls around support activities.
- Review and approve important documents.
- Recruit and develop administrators.
- Motivate and resolve issues within the team.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide technical support.
- Train other staff as needed.
- Manage client expectations and nurture relationships.
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years managing corporate teams.
- Proficiency in Viewpoint, CORIS, CIMA, EDMS, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Cayman Islands legal and regulatory framework.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-motivation.
- Relevant qualification such as ICSA preferred.
