Our client is expanding our team and seeking experienced Caymanian or Legal Resident candidates to join them as a Marketing & PR Specialist.

As a Marketing & PR Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our annual marketing and PR plans, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and foster community engagement.

What you’ll do 

  • Develop and manage annual marketing and communications plans.
  • Curate engaging digital content aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Design and schedule e-blasts and newsletters via MailChimp.
  • Maintain and update content on various websites.
  • Analyze social media and website analytics, adjusting content based on data.
  • Manage inventory of promotional items and oversee re-orders.
  • Liaise with media, influencers, and community stakeholders.
  • Capture photo/video content at events.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B/hospitality marketing.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to deliver engaging digital campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in multiple social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Advanced graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
