Office Manager
Description
We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a family office, in sourcing an Office Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities will involve:
- Supporting the team on a daily basis with diary management, project management, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Being the go-to point of contact for all queries relating to the operational running of the office.
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with organizing and executing business development events on an ad-hoc basis.
- All other office administration as required.
Requirements:
- Applicants will need to have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar role within financial services.
- An understanding of corporate governance, local regulations and best practices would be highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work on own initiative and prioritize effectively.
