Office Manager

Description

We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a family office, in sourcing an Office Manager to join their team! 

Responsibilities will involve: 

  • Supporting the team on a daily basis with diary management, project management, and ad-hoc administrative tasks. 
  • Being the go-to point of contact for all queries relating to the operational running of the office.
  • Liaising with clients and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Assisting with organizing and executing business development events on an ad-hoc basis. 
  • All other office administration as required.

Requirements: 

  • Applicants will need to have a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar role within financial services. 
  • An understanding of corporate governance, local regulations and best practices would be highly desirable. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to work on own initiative and prioritize effectively.
