Office Manager/Accountant

Description

Our client, a recognized retailer in Cayman, is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Accountant to join their team right away. This hybrid role is perfect for anyone that is looking for variety in the role. 

Salary: Up to CI$55k

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for everyday general bookkeeping duties. 
  • Oversee permits, chasing receivables, banking, and health insurance forms. 
  • Send international wire transfers.
  • Calculate and process weekly payroll and employee pension plans. 
  • Enter and pay all bills, ensuring records are kept of all vendor balances.
  • Liaise effectively with vendors locally and internationally.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments. 
  • Assist with training.
  • Other special projects as necessary. 
  • Oversee general management of office team.

Requirements: 

  • Associates’ degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Must have accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Must have strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. 
  • Must be reliable, well-organized, and mature.
