Office Manager - Contract

Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to lead and oversee the administrative functions of our client’s team for a temporary contract. 

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal practice business models, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to enhancing office performance in alignment with our vision and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, oversee, and supervise non-legal personnel and administrative work.
  • Manage administrative support team, projects, and resources.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Develop internal systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate office operations for maximum productivity.
  • Ensure compliance, data protection, and internal audit adherence.
  • Keep abreast of Cayman Islands developments affecting the SG.
  • Implement and manage business projects, providing progress reports.
  • Undertake other tasks as required by Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in office/legal practice management.
  • Experience in strategic development within legal practice.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with focus on employee development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage diverse office environments and provide prompt advice.
  • Proficiency in database and information systems software.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
