Receptionist - Contract


•A minimum of three years’ experience working in a busy front office position.
• Significant secretarial support experience at senior level.
• Must be proficient with all MS office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• High Standard of written and spoken English.
• A record of providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks with a smile and often with a sense
of humor.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
