Receptionist - Contracted

Description

We actively require immediately available and reliable individuals to assist with Reception cover for our clients!  

These short term roles assist companies from various industries such as Financial Services, Legal, Health Care and Government Entities. 

The roles will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Redirecting calls and taking messages where appropriate 
  • Greeting customers upon arrival 
  • Offering and preparing beverages 
  • Managing office supplies 
  • Ensuring the office space is kept neat and tidy 
  • Displaying a welcoming and friendly demeanor throughout the day
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required
