Sales Executive - IT

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, securing new contracts, and driving the sales cycle from initial engagement to closure. Your strategic approach to sales and ability to understand customer needs will be instrumental in achieving sales quotas and targets.

What you’ll do

  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that meet assigned sales quotas.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, drafting proposals, and closing deals.
  • Conduct direct and indirect prospecting methods, such as calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
  • Consult with prospects to understand their business challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities and forecast sales.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party and partner companies to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum five (5) years of industry sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strategic leadership abilities with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • College or university education preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
