Senior Client Relationship Officer


The Senior Client Relationship Manager ensures excellent customer service, efficient transactions, and promotes our client’s products. Responsibilities include onboarding new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

What you’ll do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and process transactions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our client’s products.
  • Convert leads into customers and onboard new clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Administer fixed deposit accounts and manage client relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Safeguard customer information and handle debit card orders.
  • Interview and recommend loans, ensuring documentation completeness.
  • Refer loan applications to the Underwriter for approval.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent banking experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with core banking and document imaging systems.
