Senior Insurance Administrator

SteppingStones is working alongside a leading local insurance company to assist them in sourcing an experience Senior Insurance Administrator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process monthly company and vendor payables.
  • Monitor and review receivables from Customers, Brokers, and Lienholders.
  • Prepare monthly bordereaux and distribute production, aggregate, and other monthly reports.
  • Compile Quarterly Reports for Underwriters and respond to accounting department queries.
  • Assist in audit requests and act as a liaison with Customer Service Officers and Representatives for administrative queries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for queries from Insurers and assist in managing vendor contracts and maintenance agreements.
  • Update InVisage data and distribute bordereaux to Insurers.
  • Generate and forward Receivables Reports to Customer Service Officers and Managers.
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and adhere to security protocols.
  • Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Insurance or Accounting.
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and cooperative work practices aligned with company standards.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and team-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other required Company programs.
